For some locked SIM cards, contract SIM cards that operators don't allow to work on wifi routers or only allow to work on their authorized devices, this product cannot work. All operators' universally valid SIM cards. But special SIM cards like dedicated data plan SIMs, contract-locked SIMs, and IoT SIMs might not work. Some professional users might need to input a PIN code, change the APN setting, or reregister the SIM card to bypass the telecom company's limitation on using those locked SIM cards on our router. But we suggest users choose valid normal SIM cards; they are legal and plug-and-play.
Why the router can't read my SIM card?
Make sure the SIM card is inserted in the correct direction. Please power off the router when you insert or take out a SIM card.
Why did the router read my SIM card, but there's no Internet service?
Because your SIM card is locked by the telecom company, please make sure your SIM card is a valid normal SIM card and has valid Internet service.
